Shipping Policy

Every Wrong Habitat product is made to order. Delivery includes production time plus shipping time.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States through our active Shopify market. Availability may vary for military, territory, PO box, or remote addresses.

Production time

Most apparel, mugs, prints, totes, and stickers are produced within 2–5 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when an item is temporarily unavailable.

Shipping time

Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after production. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges and free shipping

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Eligible U.S. orders of $25 or more receive free standard shipping. Discounts, destination, product eligibility, and order changes may affect qualification.

Split shipments

Products may be made by different print partners or at different facilities. A single order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout because an order is split.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive it by email after the package ships. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before placing the order. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee address changes after production begins and are not responsible for deliveries made to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. We will still make reasonable efforts to help.

Lost, delayed, or returned packages

If tracking appears stalled, shows delivery but the package is missing, or the package is returned to sender, email us with your order number. We will review the carrier information and available options. Carrier investigations may require additional time.
