Is there free shipping?
Yes — free US shipping on orders of $25 or more, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed. Every tee, long sleeve, sweatshirt and hoodie clears it on its own.
Is there a sticker deal?
Buy any 3 or more stickers and 15% comes off automatically. Three $8 stickers cost $20.40 instead of $24. Again, no code — it just happens in the cart.
Do you have a discount code?
There's no public code. Free US shipping on $25+ and 15% off three or more stickers both apply automatically at checkout, so there's nothing to hunt for.
Christmas & holiday orders
What is the last day to order for Christmas?
Order by Tuesday 8 December to be safe. Everything here is printed for your order, so the clock is production plus transit, not just shipping. Working from the slowest end of both — 5 business days to print and 7 to travel — 8 December is the last date that clears Christmas Eve even if everything runs long.
What if I miss that?
Here is the honest version, in order of risk:
- Up to Mon 14 December — arrives in time on typical timings. Most orders will be fine. Not guaranteed.
- 15–17 December — only makes it if production and the carrier both run fast. Treat it as a gamble.
- After Thu 17 December — it will not arrive before Christmas. Order it anyway if you want the thing; just don't wrap it.
These are estimates rather than guarantees — carrier delays in late December are real and outside my control. If you are close to the line and it matters, email me before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether I think it will land.
Anything that ships faster than the rest?
Stickers clear production fastest. The all-over-print hoodies are cut and sewn to order, so don't leave those to the last week. If you are ordering after 14 December, a sticker is the safer bet.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Everything is made to order. Items are printed and packed within 2–5 business days, then shipped. After that, US delivery usually takes another 3–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Why is production separate from shipping?
Because nothing sits in a warehouse — each piece is printed for your order specifically. It takes a little longer than off-the-shelf, but it means less waste and no giant stockroom full of pandas.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We currently ship within the United States through our active Shopify market.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within the windows above, email us and we'll chase it.
What payment methods do you take?
Credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and the usual express wallets. Shop Pay also offers installments.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Email within 1 hour of ordering and we'll try. Orders enter production automatically, and once printing starts we can't pull it back.
Returns
What happens if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or it's the wrong item?
Then it's on us, completely. Email wronghabitat365@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of clear photos. Once we've seen them we replace it or refund it at no cost to you, and you don't need to mail the original back unless we specifically ask.
Can I return something because the size or design isn't what I wanted?
No, and it's worth explaining why rather than burying it. Every piece here is printed for your order specifically — there is no shelf for it to go back onto, and our print partners don't accept returns when the correct item was made and the customer chose the wrong size, color or design. So we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Sizing
How do the tees and hoodies fit?
Fit varies by product. Measurement charts are on some product pages and in the Sizing & Fit guide, but a chart is not available for every active apparel item yet. Check for a chart for your exact product before ordering. If no chart is shown, email us before ordering with the product name and the pit-to-pit and shoulder-to-hem measurements of a garment you like. We’ll check what garment-specific information is available before advising.
How do I make sure I get the right size?
Lay a garment you like flat and measure pit to pit and from shoulder to hem. Compare those measurements with the chart for your exact product when one is available. If the product page and Sizing & Fit guide have no chart for that item, email us before ordering with the product name and your two measurements. We’ll check the garment-specific information available and tell you what we can confirm.
Is it worth actually emailing, or is that just something shops say?
It's worth it, and it's the single most useful thing on this page. A real person reads it, usually within one business day. Because we can't take a wrong-size shirt back, getting this right beforehand is the whole game — and two designs on the same size label are genuinely different shirts here, which is covered in full on the Sizing & Fit page.
Products
What are the tees and hoodies printed on?
Unisex blanks from Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Next Level and Comfort Colors are printed to order. Each product page lists the garment, fabric and weight. The seven all-over-print hoodies are 100% polyester. Their artwork is printed on the fabric before cutting and sewing, so the design can continue across the garment panels.
Will the garment-dyed pieces shrink?
Very little. The Other Panda, Meerkat, More or Less and Rain Check: Frog Fit are Comfort Colors pieces, dyed after they are sewn — which is what gives them the soft, lived-in feel and, per Comfort Colors, minimal shrinkage. Wash cold and tumble dry low and they keep their size.
How should I wash them?
Machine wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low, and keep the iron off the print. Do that and the print outlasts the garment. The all-over-print hoodies: machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and no bleach, ironing or dry cleaning.
Does my order really pay into a conservation fund?
Yes — a set amount per item, not a percentage: $2 from every tee, long sleeve, sweatshirt and hoodie, 50¢ from every sticker. It is paid out quarterly and the recipient and total are published. The full details are on the Giving page.
